We Are Looking For:
Exceptional PMHNPs who are passionate about mental health and committed to patient-centered care for both adult and pediatric populations. Join us at Tessahealth in making a significant impact through innovative psychiatric services.

Qualifications Required:

• MSN or DNP and/or post-masters certificate in PMHNP from an accredited nurse practitioner program.

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in one or more of our current operating states: IL, WA, OR, AZ, NM, MT, ND, AK, DE.

• Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and virtual care platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on therapeutic patient engagement and client support to promote positive outcomes and client retention.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse patient populations, including variations in race, ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation.

Other qualifications (preferred):

• Licensed in any of our current states: IL, WA, OR, AZ, NM, MT, ND, AK, DE, and other full practice authority states are welcome.

• DEA registration and the ability to prescribe controlled substances in all states of practice.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric mental health care.

• Full Practice Authority status or eligible in your states of practice.

• Experience in pediatric, MAT / opioid use disorder treatment, and other modalities are a huge plus.

• Spanish-speaking and other multilingual PMHNPs strongly encouraged to apply!
